Technician figured out how to upload pictures and print them off on the badges but it was a few more steps than the site did before. This was a new server the site spun up to use for their HR department. Ultimately the Technician could not come to a fix but Amano said it was likely a Firewall issue. Technician let the site know that they are running on a limited time frame before they will have to replace.

Service Ticket #3095 performed on 8/2/24 Technician arrived onsite and checked out the 8th Floor Med Room Door. The Door was not unlocking but the card swipes were going through and the Relay was firing. Technician tested the power at the Lock and when a badge was used the lock was getting 12 volts. Technician found out the Lock was binding up so made some adjustments in the Strike and also added some white lithium grease to keep it from binding in the future. Service Ticket #3089 performed on 7/31/24 Technician arrived onsite and spoke with Chuck. Chuck showed the Technician the Door on the 8th Floor which was working upon arrival. Technician verified that all components did not show signs of failure. Technician metered the Power Output which was 12V, after the Technician checked the Panel to see if the RS485 was not seated right. Technician tried to replicate the issue but no avail. Technician left the door as it was then the Technician went to the Women’s Center on the 4th Floor and Chuck showed the Technician a door that the site wanted back on the system. Technician looked around for a open slot but all nearby Panels were full. Chuck gave the Technician approval to double up the Door slot with one of the Medical Doors next to it. Technician had to swap the Strike with one nearby that was not being used. Technician tested the Door and notified Chuck upon completion. Technician ran a new cable to contact to the panel.
Service Ticket #3079 performed on 7/24/24 Technician arrived onsite and spoke with Chuck. Chuck told the Technician that the 7th Floor Med Door was not working. Technician arrived onsite and spoke with Chuck. Technician moved the Strike and the wire to the Door into the area which was at the end of the hallway leading to a bathroom on the right hand side. Technician pulled the wire for the new Doors that were in the hallway. Technician left wire above for Rex, Lock, and spare if needed. Installed the Card Readers for the new hallway Doors for both entry and exit. The TRT above the end hallway door was not powered on and needed power from an existing TRT which was at the new Dialysis Room that was recently moved.
