Service Ticket #3107 performed on 8/12/24 Technician arrived onsite and spoke with Jen. Technician found that the Panel had lost its IP Address. Technician changed the IP Address back to the original and made sure it was static, tested the doors with Jen, and made sure they were recording events. Everything was working properly upon completion.
Service Ticket #3109 performed on 8/13/24 Technician arrived onsite and spoke with Melanie. Technician had to swap the Timer Button with a regular T-2 Button as requested for the Rear Pedestrian Door. The Main Gate was not closing all the way and it was getting hung open about a foot. Technician called the DoorKing Tech Support in which the Technician was told that the Panel was most likely failing because it was old and needed to be replaced with a new one. A quote was provided to the site.
Service Ticket #3108 performed on 8/12/24 Technician arrived onsite and could not get in contact with anyone. Technician had to reset the Main Car Gate as it went into a hard shutdown. Technician tested the Gate afterwards and made sure it was working properly following the reset. Technician then went and tested all the Doors and the Pedestrian Gates were working properly. Technician had to clean out the Rear Pedestrian GL1 as it had a wood chip stuck in the lock preventing it from locking. The Rear Pedestrian Gate was working properly upon completion.

K9 ran cabling to the 2 Temp Sensors, 1 HVAC Control Module, 2 CAT6 Data Drops, and 1 Zone Expander for each store number listed. Service Ticket #3084 performed on 7/31/24 Technician arrived onsite and set up the Exterior Cameras after installing the Fuse boxes. The site was able to see the Camera streams, supplied the site with credentials and all IP addresses for the Cameras
Service Ticket #3065 performed on 7/16/24 7/16/24 Technician arrived onsite and observed the system during troubleshooting. Technician noticed one part of the power connection from the system had snapped from the Transformer. Technician connected it back and system came back; all keypads were working. Technician also noticed the yellow triangle troubleshooting sign came up on the Keypad, signifying system's low battery. Technician changed the battery out. Tested out the system with Alex as he armed it and disarmed it. Everything was working properly upon completion. 7/17/24 Technician arrived onsite to troubleshoot error on Keypad. The error on the Keypad cleared with the help of DSC System Tech Support.

Project Description: HUDSON TECH GLASS BREAK DETECTOR Installed Glass Break Detectors in the Lobbies of both buildings. Connected to an empty Zone on the Intrusion Panel or share with a Lobby Motion Zone. Programmed and tested.
Service Ticket #3066 performed on 7/16/24 Technician arrived onsite and troubleshot the 3 doors having issues. Technician found that the Maglock was only getting 8V to all 3 doors. Technician traced the wires and located the Power Supply. Technician swapped the Power Supply to 12V Transformers and the doors locked and Technician used the key to reset the locks. All doors were locking properly upon completion.
Service Ticket #3060 performed on 7/10/24 Technician arrived onsite and did some troubleshooting. Technician found the Panel over in the IT area was bad, when plugging the 24V up it shorted out the Power Supply. Technician removed that Panel from the RS45 chain but the other Panel still did not come online. Technician attempted to move the Panels to an Ethernet connection and that worked, so the Technician swapped all three of them over to Ethernet and reset them up in the system. Tested all doors off of those four Controllers and everything was working properly. Technician temporarily hooked the locks up to power so the doors would be locked for the time being until Knine could replace the board. Technician used an 8 Port Switch that was on the truck. Knine needs to replace the bad A22 CDVI Board. Quote was sent and approved; replacement was already completed.
Service Ticket #3061 performed on 7/17/24 Technician arrived onsite and met with Kevin. Kevin said he didn’t need training to set up the Fobs. Kevin showed the Technician the Door that needed to be worked on, which was the Back Door in the Lobby. Technician explained that the Strike was getting caught. It was metered and it gave 24V and was working properly and the issue did not repeat. Technician also put screws on the cover because it did not have any. Technician explained to Kevin if it kept repeating getting caught then Knine will replace it with a new unit and Kevin was fine with that. System was working properly upon completion.
Service Ticket #3056 performed on 7/12/24 Technician arrived onsite and replaced 2 cameras. Technician ran new cable for the South Side Guard Shack due to a spliced cable from renovations. Sidney confirmed job upon completion.
