Technician arrived on site and removed NVR. The preset for the office cameras needs views back on He was able to get 3 of the 4 back on. Cable labeled Cams 5 and 6 was unable to pull view possible one of these are the missing view.

Site called requesting for a technician to come out to look at the consistent beeping and red light on the cameras recording NVR. Technician checked out the NVR. The reason it is beeping is there is a hard drive error on the system. With tech-support to get them to take a look at it we disabled the hard drive and reenable it. It didn’t come back up. Did a firmware upgrade to see if that would fix it and that did not work either, so tech support sent Knine the case number to get the RMA from our distributor.

Site called with alarm going off in zone 10 CMS says sensor trouble. Technician tested all the doors as he seen in CMS where they had all had trouble issues reported. None of the doors were showing up that they were open on the keypads. Did a full power cycled of the system and that seems to have fixed the problem with the communication between the panel and the wireless devices. He then re-set the time and date and tested all doors.

Technician replaced 1 broken camera with 1 Hikvision Turret camera. Technician also checked functionality of camera before leaving site.

Site requested a technician to come out due to gate call box issue. Technician arrived onsite talked to site contact about the gate issue. Technician went to the front gate call box which is a door king 1834. Powered it down and removed the chip, waited for it to discharge completely. Once he waited for 2 mins. he put the chip back and powered it on. He tested by dialing to a user and also used a code which was giving to him by the garbage guys. I notified site contact that everything checks out good before departure.

Technician arrived on site spoke with Will and we went ahead we gave the new camera with a Ip and activated a license for it. Went down to the student bridge replaced the camera with a new one as that was the camera Will pointed out needed to be replaced and placed old camera in the box. The IDF near the baseball field doesn’t have any power currently due to it be relocated to a new location. I tested the cable again to verify it wasn’t a cable issue, with the link runner. Will said we should wait till we get power back on at the new location as all the cameras are also down due to no power at that IDF.

Monitoring company keeps calling saying alarm is going off. Now all 3 zones are going off now and the front door is beeping. Technician called the monitoring system to put system to test and to figure out what was triggered the alarm. Changed out the batteries to the 3 monition devices and tested them out, as sometimes due to low battery or battery failure/dead battery could trigger the alarm.

Site requested for a technician to come out to help with gate access points not working properly. Techician tested all gates and doors, and everything was working properly but the 2 pool gates. After doing more troubleshooting get the interior pool gate to work. Technician called the office to inform that this device will need to be replaced.

Site requested for a technician to come out to see why cameras are not recording. Technician made sure alerts were setup for all 10 cameras and tested to make sure they received them.

Technician installed a new camera system to the facility (1) Switch and (1) Outdoor Turret Camera providing a view of the dock. Technician installed new cabling to power the cameras from the switch. He also trained the site contact on the operability of the new system.
