Technician arrived at Store 709, UPS has bad NIC card. INT 2, 16 cleaned EXT 1. Unable to reach INT 9. INT 2 was still blurry, tried fixing it as much as possible but couldn't get it fully clear picture. EXT 1 has scuff marks on the inside of the dome that I was unable to get rid of

Technician installed 2 relays and tested, and everything is now working as it should.

Technician checked the programming on the panel and had to replace a relay on output 1 and then tested sounders. Sounder 1 and 3 are working fine but vendor door fire alarm style sounder does not work, and we will need to return and replace.
