Service Ticket #4052 performed on 10/23/24 Arrived onsite and found the Panel showing Zone 1 was open. Zone 1 was the Front Motion and found that the battery was dead. Technician replaced the battery and the system was working properly upon completion.

Service Ticket #3080 performed on 7/24/24 Technician arrived onsite and checked out the issue with the cameras not working on Tim's phone. Technician found out that the Network between buildings for the AT&T Internet connection still had not been fixed from Jody and then the Technician tried to do a workaround but could not make that work with Jody. Technician proceeded to set up a monitor, mouse, and everything needed for him to view onsite.
Service Ticket #3068 performed on 7/16/24 Technician arrived onsite and reset the Panel. Trouble Alert came back. Technician tested the Resistors, replaced a Resistor at PIV. Technician re-wired the Modules back up and reset the Panel again. The Panel stayed clear. All was working properly upon completion.
Technician arrived onsite and replaced the bad smoke detector. After replacing the Technician waited to see if the Fault would come back and confirmed that the Panel was now all normal with no troubles. System was working properly upon completion.
Technician arrived onsite and swapped out both KT-1s. Technician programmed and tested both KT-1's. Technician also added 2 Cards for Jackee and tested. Both the Pool and Tennis Gates were working properly upon completion.

Technician arrived onsite and found that the Trouble Alert was occurring. Technician looked for the Smoke Detector in the Front Branch. Technician took the Smoke Detector down and cleaned it. Afterwards, the Technician reset the Panel to see if it would clear but it did not and the panel is still showing a trouble. The Smoke Detector needed to be replaced. Knine has ordered a replacement and will return to replace once received.
Technician arrived onsite and checked out the door and the Timer Button was messed up due to a water leak. The sheetrock was also damaged from the water. Site will need to replace the Timer Button and get the sheetrock repaired.
Site requested a technician due to a lock not working correctly. When the Technician arrived, he rebooted the network controller, and both nodes and tat did fix the schedule issue but not the lock. Technician then found the problem to be the FACP input on the net box was in alarm causing all the doors to stay unlocked. Once the technician moved it to a different input and tested. All doors are locking and also unlock with that input is tripped.
