Service Ticket #3094 performed on 8/1/24 Technician arrived onsite and started troubleshooting the panel issues. Technician found that Panel 1, Panel 2 and Panel 3 had issues and were not communicating. All 3 need to be replaced. Also, Panel 8 needs to be replaced. The conn was messed up on it, every time it was put in that loop, it started making everything crash. Need to replace 4 readers, one at the QM Employee Entrance and then the 3 Gates. Technician tested all the other doors to make sure everything was working properly. Technician spoke with Dodge about the parts that are needed.
Service Ticket #3092 performed on 7/31/24 Technician arrived onsite and programmed in all Network information into the Controller. Controller came back online, but then the Panels were coming up and going down constantly. Started troubleshooting the RS45 Loop and the Technician found that Panels for 89 and 10 were causing issues with the communication making the Panels crash. Did some troubleshooting on that and the Technician had to go through every Panel individually, pulling all the clips off and start putting stuff back on one at a time to find the problems. Dodge told the Technician to leave those four Panels unhooked and Knine would schedule another trip out. All the doors were still not working though because it was saying the cards have not been loaded to the Gateway. Technician reached out to Dodge to see if he could fix thatproblem.
Technician tested out all sounders all ok. Output four which is the back door kept going off continuously because they had renovation going on and propped the back vendors door opened. Technician showed the manager where to push the button as he had to put it in bypass till after they were done with the back access door.
Knine troubleshoot/repaired 11 cameras that were down, or the camera's view was blurry.
