Service Ticket #3091 performed on 8/2/24 Technician arrived onsite and tested the cable for the Intercom CAT6 and it passed, tested the lock wires to check the Gate and it opened. Technician checked the Switch Ports, Switch lights were blinking constantly and shutting off. Gate and Intercom were working properly.

Service Ticket #3077 performed on 7/24/24 Technician arrived onsite and did some troubleshooting on the two Intercoms at the Truck Gate and found that the PoE Switch was flashing. Technician did a power cycle to the Switch and the Point-to-Point, one of the Intercoms came back up, but the other one did not power up. Technician did further troubleshooting on that Intercom, tested the cable and also brought it straight to the Switch and plugged it up and it did not power up. The site was getting an RMA for that Intercom and will call Knine back once they have it to install. Technician put the Gate back in normal operation and tested with cards and both were opening the Gate properly upon completion.

Technician arrived at store 849 UPS is down due to bad NIC card. INT 9 was not able to be aimed not able to reach it’s above the check stand EXT 3,4,5,6 is down due to bad netway RadiusAI has confirmed Technician notified the contact.

Technician removed old Alphone System. Installed new data cable to each master location. Installed Heckler desktop stands. Installed Network Bridges on each of 3 intercom locations by gates. Installed POE injectors for bridges and intercoms. Used existing control cable to operate gates remotely. Installed applications on iPads and configured intercoms. Tested for proper operation and trained owner.

Knine replaced the existing damaged power supply near the receiving office with a new unit. We tested equipment down line from the replaced unit and determined if anything else was damaged from storm.

We installed 2 Verkada Cameras, 2 exterior Verkada Dome Cameras, and Cat6 Cabling.

We upgraded 2 of their existing Verkada cameras.
