Technician arrived onsite to troubleshoot S2 and Strobe Light. Gary was unable to be there due to having a medical issues. Knine still looked at the door and could not get to the Door Contact that was sent but found where the door was landed in the Panel and continued troubleshooting. Technician took the Door Contact apart again and noticed the cable was not responding correctly. There were many taps in the Panel and somewhere along the way it was hitting another box before the S2. Technician was unable to troubleshoot and trace the wire without a scissor lift. The Door Contact was still not functioning correctly. Technician scheduled with Gary to return on Tuesday 6/11 with a lift to replace the wire and the Door Contact to resolve the issue.

Technician arrived onsite and tested the Door Contact. Technician shunted the wire itself with the Door Contact taken apart to allow the door to function but a replacement contact will be needed.
