Technician set up a CDVI so they can access site from home. Train site contact on how to use the system.
Site requested a technician to come check a roll up door they think is faulty and a reader beside the roll up is having issues. Technician checked all doors and found one rollup door that the magnet was no longer lined up with the contract repaired that and now that zone is back to normal. The site will not have to bypass it anymore to arm the system as well. The card readers for the access control system are working properly there is no issues now.
Technician went out to troubleshoot/repair an access control reader that are not working. He rewired the reader, and it works properly now. The technician mounted it back to the fence and tested several times before leaving the site.
Knine found that there was a short on the SLC loop causing every device to report invalid response. Traced out wiring to locate where the short was coming from. After troubleshooting we found the 2 elector recall replays were bad and also 3 of the HVAC shut down replays were bad as well. Found the smoke detector in the 2nd floor electrical room is also bad. Knine will send a quote to replace 5 replays and 1 smoke detector.
Knine went out to give a quote for access control and outside security cameras.
Knine relocated the existing intrusion and access control systems from the current building to the new building. Knine pre-wired the access control doors at the new building before the client moves to the new building. Knine we reused the existing maglocks, electric locks, readers, push to exit button, and controllers. Knine added (1) maglock and (2) readers for the side office door. Knine connect access control to the following doors. The front office door, side office door, office to warehouse door, both crow's nest doors to the warehouse, deliver driver door in the warehouse, and the employees' entrance to the warehouse. Kninne replaced the two existing overhead door track magnetic contacts. Knine added (6) overhead door track magnetic contacts to doors 1 through 6 to replace the floor contacts. Knine reused the existing cabling to connect the magnetics to the intrusion system. Knine installed a new cellular communicator for the intrusion system.
