Technician arrived at store 747 UPS has bad NIC Jarius has SN and MAC INT 7,10,12,13 was cleaned. INT 8,9 was not cleaned due to not being to reach it physically. INT 12 has deep scratch marks on dome. EXT 9 was focused. EXT 6,7 was panned down. EXT 1,3,5,10,11,12,13,15,16,17 was cleaned. most EXT cam domes had light scratch marks on them and grey specks of paint. Radius was noted and confirmed.
Technician replaced 2 relays and all 3 outputs were tested and sounders functioned properly.
When the technician arrived already seen a relay on output 1 and non on output 4 ran a test with support and non-sounded off. Replaced relay 1 and installed a relay on output 2 and 4, during testing output 1 sounded off by store front. But output 4 didn't. The technician troubleshooted and seen that the relay extender was the trouble. The extension should be replaced.
Technician installed the 2 relays on slot 1 and 2 respectively and called support to test out sounders. He went round and abserved them every output they all were sounding like they should.
