Project Description: K9AS installed the QT PPD Hardware and cabling according to drawings provided by Advanced Alarms.

Project Description: K9 installed all Low Voltage Devices according to CoffeeWow project plans provided by Dodge. K9 ran cabling to the 2 Temp Sensors, 1 HVAC Control Module, 2 CAT6 Data Drops, and 1 Zone Expander for each store number listed. Cabling Includes CAT6, 18/4, and 22/4 All Devices provided by Advance Alarms

Technician arrived at store 1733. UPS is online. INT camera 09 still went back to the black and white after the troubleshooting. So, we recommended to change out the camera and EXT camera 09 got cleaned.

Technician arrived at store 1742 got UPS online and INT camera 06 got cleaned. EXT cameras 03 and 10 got cleaned.

Technician arrived at store 1722, UPS is online. INT 3,9 cleaned. INT 5 credentials fixed.

Technician checked two of the doors that the site was having issues with and they were fine. When he got to the employees' entrance, he noticed the door closer wasn't closing properly. The closers pull/force when it is closing isn't enough to completely close and doesn't lap/slide into the door strike. Technician called the client and explained he would need to call out the door guys to come adjust the door closer. He then checked a gate and observed it was totally hit as the arms were bent and presently loosened from the controller.

Technician replaced three sounders and 1 relay. Sounder one and both vendor and store alarms work properly.

Client requested service on front door maglock is not locking properly and back door near rollup the badge reader is not working properly. Technician when out and replaced the front door with RCI65U and replaced the HES9600 RIM Strike at back door. Back door has lost all caulking around the door frame leaving it wide open to elements. Technician told the site contact to get it fixed so it won't mess with the door elements. Also, technician replaced fuse with unused one in panel for that same strike. Tested both doors and they're both good. Also checked programming, had a door contact in the portal but no contact on the door so the logs were always access not completed.

Kine removed existing winpak system and controllers. Technician installed new Troves for Mercury Cards. Knine moved all existing cables from winpak to the Trove. Reused all existing locks/readers/DPS/REX Knine programed and tested before leaving the site.

Knine installed 26 cameras and 26 Licenses: 14 Exterior Dome 60 Day 12 Interior Dome 60 Day 26 5yr Licenses

We replaced the intercom system with a new unit. We also replaced the bad gate sensor that kept the gate open.
