Service Ticket #3087 performed on 7/30/24 Technician arrived onsite and checked in with Michael as Abel was not available. Michael showed the Technician the issues with the Gate. Technician had to swipe a badge 2-5 times before the Gate would open. Technician called Gatlin with Knine All Systems for Remote support. Gatlin was unable to login into Winpak due to the server no longer being online. Technician tried swapping the Badge Reader with a Reader at the Truck Gate. Gate opened each time when a badge was swiped so the Reader was working fine. Issue was with cards or wiring. Technician also discovered the Reader at the Man Gate was totally dead. Checked for power in the wiring and there was no power. Possible broken cable or issue with card in Controller. The conduit going into the concrete was broken so cable could be broken there. Technician updated Gatlin with the findings. Advised Michael that further troubleshooting with IT would be needed since they are the only ones w
