Service Ticket #3111 performed on 8/13/24 Technician arrived onsite and spoke with reception. Technician found that the Door Bell needed batteries, Technician let Maintenance know and he stated he would change the batteries. Technician had to swap the latch on the Kitchen Door with one provided by Maintenance.

Service Ticket #3067 performed on 7/17/24 Technician arrived onsite and traced all the cables, checking each panel, reconnecting them one at a time down to the last panel in the Elevator Room at Bridge. Technician found that the KT-300 was bad onsite. Replacement will be needed and a quote was provided to the site.

Service Ticket #3073 performed on 7/19/24 Technician arrived onsite, spoke with Gerry, and was told that the Front Door wasn’t locking. Technician went to the Power Supply and noticed that the ols20 wasn’t powered on, that unit was providing power to the Timer that released and locked the Front Doors. Technician replaced the ols20 with an new Altronix Power Supply to provide the 24V that was needed prior. Technician tested the Timer and the Relay to make sure it was still working. Technician notified Gerry of the repair upon completion.

Project Description: LEGACY RIDGE OF SANDY PLAINS ADA DOOR REPAIR Removed damaged Wireless Buttons and Receiver and replaced. Terminated and tested new hardware.
Technician arrived onsite and checked out the Front Door and the power was flickering. Technician power cycled all the devices and that restored the power. Technician reset the Timer and tested. The Front Door was working properly upon completion.
CCTV K9AS provided four (4) Dome Cameras- 2 inside, 2 outside. Labor was done by the client. K9AS provided a Service Agreement so the client could engage our support after completion.

The site requested for a technician to come out due to having issues with a reader and a push button outside. Technician arrived on site and the technician got the double doors and they were stuck unlocked. Checked the access control software and it was set to manually be unlocked. The technician set that back to normal and the door is back working properly. The technician then looked at the push button outside and the button will open the door one time but not the next. The technician informed the client and the office that receiver and both transmitters for the auto door needs to be upgraded.
Site requested for a technician to come out and reprogram a pad lock. The technician removed all old codes and programed the new codes they asked to be added.
Technician replaced one relay and one sounder. Called service center to confirm everything is working properly. No parts were needed for this store.
Technician replaced one relay and called service center for test. The vendor door strobe needs to be fixed, it has a new strobe installed recently and is on output two with new relay on it.
Technician replaced 2 relays and 1 sounder. Called service center to test. Output three is not working he put power on the expansion module and it's not outputting any 12v need to 860 expansion modules replaced. Technician already replaced sounder in output three.
