Technician arrived at store 820. UPS static IP was inputted. INT cameras 02,03,04,05,06 and 08 were cleaned. INT camera 10 got both ends re-terminated. EXT cameras 01,05,06,07,08 got blurry spots cleaned out. EXT camera 09 got blackspots removed and cleaned. Couldn't re-aim EXT 02 and INT camera 10 couldn't get no troubleshooting because of the network issues reported on the store. Ai radius said reports reaching them from the OPs is there is a firewall issue and asked for him to contact QT support. Which he did and was told they would create a ticket and escalate to NOC. But unfortunately, NOC dept is in a meeting and would get to look at it later today. Technician updated radius support of the information.
