Technician installed one relay on board. Tested out the outputs with support. All outputs went off except output three which was the emergency exit door. Technician troubleshooted the unit and noticed the connection was done wrongly. Corrected it and plugged back the strobe/sounder. It constantly went off. Called support to then go ahead to turn it off as it was left on while the initial test was carried out. Tested it out all over again and everything checked out.
