Service Ticket #3098 performed on 8/9/24 Technician arrived onsite and found the issue was with a board that shorted out due to water entering the box at the Gates Card Scanner. Site will need a new MR52 Board. Rust was visible on the picture due to the water/condensation inside the box.

Project Description: K9AS installed the QT PPD Hardware and cabling according to drawings provided by Advanced Alarms.

Service Ticket #3088 performed on 7/31/24 Technician arrived onsite and checked out the Fire Alarm Panel showing Telco One Fault. Technician tested the phone lines. The phone lines were working properly. Technician tried to get it to clear but could not. Technician reterminated the phone line and tested again. Phone line fault cleared and all signals were going through properly upon completion.

Technician arrived at store 813 got ups online. EXT camera 09 and 10 got cleaned and confirmed by support

Technician programed the panel for monitoring, zones identified, tested for signal sent, and client user codes changed to desired codes. The technician also trained the owner on arm/disarming.

Knine replaced the dual photoelectric through beam photo eye set. Knine tested and made sure everything worked properly.

Knine had to reset panel due to faults fire alarm had com fault. Knine cleared com fault on lines 1 and 2 F/A panel showed all normal.

Knine replaced exciting module MMF 300 with a new module MMF 300.

Knine removed the existing winpak system and controllers. Knine installed new Troves for Mercury cards. Knine removed all existing cables from winpak to the Troves. Reuse all existing locks/readers/DPS/REX Knine programed and tested.
