2.9.2024 Technician arrived onsite to replace 2 pre-existing Strikes. One Strike was located at the Man-Door next to 36 and the second door was located upstairs in the Transportation Office. Man-Door 36 was good after replacing the Door Strike. The door on the second floor by the Transportation Office still didn't work after swapping the Door Strikes. Technician put the old one back on for now. Technician spoke with Support and we will work on an alternative solution and return in a few days. Technician didn’t see any fuses that blown from the Controller Board. 2.16.2024 Technician arrived onsite and confirmed the power running to the strike and due to the ongoing issues he changed the jumper to a lower voltage for the power. Technician replaced the strikes with a new units and tested. System working upon completion.
