Client called stating that there was a power surge and needs help cleaning out where it says 12,12,14,16 on the panel. Technician checked the panel, and it showed several zones showing open. Tested the power for the devices and they were getting no power. Found out the 12-volt transformer above the ceiling that provides power to the devices off of the zone expander was dead replaced and everything is back up and going. Also, there was a system trouble saying low battery where we found that the panel battery had been knocked out and was disconnected. Reconnected and system is all back to normal.
