Site called requesting for a technician due to the alarm system panel light is blinking. Site thinks it's the batteries. When the technician arrived on site and see on the keypad it was given off code 1 error which means battery trouble. He replaced with a new 12v 5ah battery and the trouble cleared, and everything was working properly.

Site requested for a technician to come out due to key fobs stopped working. Technician found that readers were dead, but the system was still powered up. Powered cycled the system and the readers were still dead. Technician found that the back door reader was killing the power for the readers. Technician called the office to inform that a new reader will be needed a new reader for this door. Was able to get all the other reader up and working properly for the site.

Technician called the service center, moved the sounder on output 4 to output three as the service tech advised me to do. Completed tested and everything was working properly. No parts were needed for this store.

Technician installed one relay and called the service center, after confirming all sounders are working properly.

Client requested for service on getting new fobs programmed. Technician setup the system on the network and showed the client how to log into it and setup new fobs.

The technician Installed 3 new Cameras Ran new cable for the 3 new Cameras The 4th camera will be repurposed from the existing camera location to another area. The technician positioned the new camera according to customer's request. He tested the system upon completion assuring the fictionality of the system.

Knine got a request for us to take on their annual monitoring services. We are now handling their monitoring.

We troubleshooted/repaired the vestibule door at the front of the building.

We performed a quarterly maintenance inspection on 9 Cameras Onsite.

We installed 9 HD Overhead Door Contacts wired back to server room to tie to alarm panel. Installed WIFI Extender Replacements. Installed Hikvision DVR Connection to internet for remote Visualization of Cameras.
