Technician installed relays, called the support and tested each zones the zone 3 sounder didn't go off. So, he unmounted the sounder and he noticed the positive cable wasn't landed, and the dip switches was all set to on. He corrected it by setting only switch 1 to on and the rest to off and then called to test and it functioned properly.
