Technician arrived onsite and checked out the NVR that was offline. Technician found that the network connection had no activity and moved to a new port on the Comcast Modem. This brought all the cameras back online except the Bus Stop Camera. Technician troubleshot the Point-to-Point and everything was good with it. Checked the Camera and found a loose connector. Technician re-made the connection and camera was back up and going.
Technician arrived onsite and checked out the Front Door not locking. This location doesn’t have Access Control on the Front Door. The reason the Auto Door wasn’t working was the Crash Bar was in the locked position so the door could not open. Showed the site how to unlock the Crash Bar and how the Auto Door works properly. System was working properly upon completion.
Technicians arrived at store 775 and Base station was installed and functional. Confirmed by QT support.
Technicians arrived onsite and the Base station for store 779 was bad wasn’t connecting to network, tested cable passed, swapped to different base station and new one connected to network, swapped with ATL 3 base station. Technicians Installed zone expander and relay, ran cat6 from switch to relay. Assigned the zone expander and corroborated with TY on base station. Everything checked out. ATL3 was used as replacement for initial store base station.
Site called requesting a technician due to location is offline and needs the phone line hooked back up to the DoorKing Panel. Technician arrived on site went ahead and wired in a new line to a phone jack plate which has a second wire going to the DKS panel. After so he plugged in the new analog phone ATT has provided was able to call out but couldn’t receive any calls from site contact. Spoke with tech support and they told the technician that some information from ATT needs to update, or it is it’s likely the panel. Technician told site contact about this, and he tried to contact ATT but had a long queue time. He said he will call back when he able to reach them and confirm the correct information with ATT.
Site was having issues with their cameras not working. Technician Bobby checked and the internet was working, and cameras were working locally but not connect to the online bridge. He contacted tech-support, and they were showing it off-line. Hooded the monitor directly to it and rebooted the system and found out that it was just trying to constantly reboot. Tech-support said this would need to be RMA. The technician then emailed the RMA team about this and created a ticket number from tech-support.
The site had camera issues. Technician Bobby started troubleshooting and found the AT&T internet was not working but the Comcast internet was. He hooked it back up to Comcast, but it still did not come back up. Technician contacted touring and they had to fix a crash issue on their end and got it back up and going.
Technician installed two relays and two sounders. The old sounders were not connected in the above tiles. The technician had to cut out new holes for the device and then installed them. He troubleshot the strobe/sounder then called support and tested out all outputs and they all sounded good.
Technician checked programming installed relay on output one. Tested sounders sounder one was good sounder two for the vendor door. Fire alarm device does not work, sounder three did not work it out found bad wiring connections, retested and it is working properly now.
Technician Checked programming. Relays were already installed, so he got with service center tested the sounders sounder one was working properly sounder two for the vendor door. Fire alarm device not working sounder three is working properly.
Site called with maglock not locking with code and has a delay. Technician adjusted door closed on memory car door so it would not slam closed. When doing this it also solved the issue with the door closing before the keypad changed back to the locked state.
Site was having issues with Tennis Gate not locking. Technician checked and there was no power going to the mag locks. He checked the transformers and found one that was not buzzing powered down and tightened things back up. When he powered it back up everything was working properly.
Knine was requested to troubleshoot/repair a pool gate exit button. The exit button had all the insides hanging out or the button. Once everything was placed back inside and the exit button was remounted. Knine technician tested the exit button, and everything worked properly.
The site is having issues with power to main entrance, door, lock or keypad. After opening up all the junction boxes at the door we found that the knocks box has an issue, causing the power to be cut to the lock and keypads. Was able to bypass temporarily to get the door back up and working. K9 will reach out to the fire department to schedule a date to get the box unlocked so the problem can be fixed fully.
We replaced up to 9 cameras at the clubhouse and 1 camera was installed at the customers building entrance to watch the entrance and parking lot and 1 camera to watch the playground. We setup remote access to all cameras and installed and instructed on how to add the app to user's phones.
We troubleshooted/repair the maglock and we tightened up the arm and adjusted it a little. Door is now properly operating like it should.
