Technician arrived on site at Store 761, UPS online. INT 3,6,9 was cleaned. EXT 3,6 was cleaned. INT 10 packet loss issue resolved.

Technician arrived at store 770. He got IP setup but couldn't communicate online due to NIC card. INT camera 10 after troubleshooting was ascertained faulty. Cleaned INT cameras 02,05-08 and got confirmed by support. While troubleshooting all unreachable EXT cameras noticed that the home run from netway1 had issues and needs a new run, as he terminated both ends and still observed the cable was fail short. Informed support and project manager on findings.

Technician arrived at Store 833. Got UPS static IP configured, but offline due to Nic card is bad. Did a troubleshoot testing out cable, re-terminating, recycling the UPS. He check the link on diff ports 1 &2. That gave the determination that the Nic card was bad. Cleaned INT cameras 02,04. Also cleaned EXT camera 07. Out of scope work: Support said all exterior cameras couldn't be reached. So went ahead to troubleshoot. Noticed normal 120v came in. Netway card was blinking intermittently so with permission from site contact and pushed the reset button and all cameras came back online. And now reachable. Checked back with support and they confirmed all was ok. Sent info for Nic card to desired contact as requested.

Technician plugged up two relays and tested and had to replaced one sounder for the storage by the store front. Tested and everything worked properly.

Technician plugged up two replays. Tested output with support output one and two sounded off. Technician troubleshooted output three changed the dip switches setting and plugged back the positive cable as it wasn't landed. Called support for test and all outputs worked fine and as they should.

Technician plugged in two relays for slot one and two, tested out sounders, they didn't sound off. Proceeded to troubleshoot checked the bypass buttons turned them on went to test the sirens direct. Technician changed the dip switch settings on sounder called support to test and now all sounders are working properly.
