Installed conduit, boxes and cable for new Door Contacts and Sirens for Warehouse and Cooler for a total of 9 Doors. Each man door will have conduit from ceiling to door. Box and connectors for the DPS and Siren. Cable from the door to the nearest Trove with a input and output card. Installed 2 additional Troves to support DPS/Siren phase. K9AS installed a new CAT6e cable to every Camera, terminated both ends, and tested the cable. K9AS installed 10 Exterior Cameras and 22 Interior Cameras. Project Description: MCLANE ABERDEEN ARMBAR URGENT REPAIR (INSURANCE CLAIM) Additional damage was discovered after initial insurance repair of the Pedestal, Intercom, Access Control. The existing armbar was leaking hydraulic fluid badly. Knine inspected the unit and discovered it was in a hyper retracted state due to the intial damage. The initial damage shorted wires as suspected and caused damage to the Control Board and Processor. The damage to those components then caused the Hydraulic Motor to run continuously in the open state which caused the Operator to damage internals that were not repairable. After talking with the manufacture, the only path to correction was replacement after disclosure of the nature of damage from the original incident. This proposal was to replace the Operator, Bar, and reform the base to accept the new Operator. Knine reused the Safety Beams, Open Sensors as they appeared to be operating normally and were not damaged by the initial incident.

Technician replaced the operator, bar and reformed the base to accept the new operator. He was able to reuse the safety beams, open sensors as they appeared to be operating normally and ere not damaged by the initial incident.
