Service Ticket #3064 performed on 7/23/24 Technician arrived onsite and found that the Gate Controller was beeping telling the Technician that it was in Safe Mode making the Gate not operable. Technician cleaned out the guide that the Gate slides in because it was full of dirt again. Technician reset the Gate Controller and tested Gate several times. All aspects of the Gate were working properly upon completion.

Technician arrived at store 731 UPS is online, INT 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 cleaned and confirmed by radius.

Technician arrived at store 746. Got UPS online and INT camera 11 needs a replacement after troubleshooting we deduced to replace camera as it would get back to color mode. EXT camera 05 was cleaned and confirmed ok by support.

Technician arrived at store 706. Got UPS online and INT camera 07 re-aimed. EXT cameras 10 got cleaned and 11 adjusted with help of support.

Technician arrived at store 710 got UPS online and INT cameras 02 and 05 cleaned. Also, EXT cameras 04 and 07 got cleaned as requested and confirmed by support.

Site called requesting for a technician to come out to help with camera not working and need to reset passcode and reprogram. Technician arrived on site and spoke with workers to show the recorder, which was logged out and nobody knows the login. Technician tried to call tech support but turns out there is no more support for this model of recorder. The cameras are analog, and the recorder is an 8channel recorder. Site contact said there was a camera down in the front, but I wasn’t able to look at due to not being able to login to recorder. After speaking with site contact, she said to give quote to replace the recorder.

Technician installed a new Access Control to the front door. The technician installed the controller and power supply in the network closet.

Site requested for a technician to come out due to Zone issues. Technician arrived onsite talked with site contact and he showed me zone 12 which is the glass break at the front lobby. Technician put the site on test for about a 1 hour and went ahead looked at the glass break, cleaned it, and went ahead and lowered its sensitivity. Technician told site contact that we could go ahead and replace if he wanted, but he wanted to see how this goes before replacing it.

Site called stating that their gate was staying in the open position. When the technician arrived, the gate was beeping as the he looked further into the issue. The technician found that the gate had went into safe mode and the gate was stuck in dirt. Cleaned out all the dirt that had washed into the channel and the gate is now working properly.

Technician installed a new panel with all new devices including 3 keypads to arm/disarm the system. Also installed 7 overhead door contacts and 9 door contacts throughout the facility. Technician strategically place 9 ceiling mounted motions along with 5 wall mounted motions, 17 Glass breaks devices were also distributed along all glass front windows. Technician installed required zone expanders to the panel and lastly 1 outdoor and 1 indoor horn was also added to the system. Technician ran wire to all devices and then tested the functionality of the system. He also trained the facility manager how to operate the system.
