After a few, the site was able to get it cleared and told the Technicians that the Fail Safe Dip Switches needed to all be down at the new Emerson Panel. The site flipped the Switches then told the Technicians afterwards.

Technician checked programming and there was already a relay installed on output 1 sounder at sales. Counter is working. Support stated they no longer use output 2 back door and there is no zone for wired to the panel for the storage door. Storage door was propped open. It looked like they are not using the zone at this store also.
