Technician arrived at store 785, INT 2,4 EXT 2,12 cleaned and confirmed by radius.

The site was having issues with their phone line. The technician found nothing wrong with what he could possibly do. The technician told the site that they would need to contact the phone company due it being a line issue.

Technician installed 2 relays on output 1 and 2. Output 1 and 3 sounders weren't installed, and cable wasn't landed on the panel. Reno tech support wouldn't help with programming info. Output 2 which is the strobe/siren went off.

Technician installed 2 relays then called support and tested out all outputs 1 to 3 and all the sounders went off.

Technician Philip replaced two relays and two sounders. One sounder for the cooler it was rusty and one for the front vendor was destroyed. After replacing he called support for testing and everything went off as they should.
