Service Ticket #4011 performed on 9/11/24 Technician arrived onsite and called Daniel. Daniel told the Technician that both Employee Gate Intercoms were not opening Gates on either side. Technician tested the cables going to the Switch and both the Intercoms were good. The Entry Gate Intercom was not coming on and will need to be replaced. The Exit Gate Intercom was on, but would not change the Relay state when prompted to unlock, this will also need to be replaced. Technician spoke with Tech Support and they verified that it most likely needed to be replaced. Technician powered off the Gate Operators in the open state and had to leave the doors off next to the side. Technician had the Maintenance Team open the Gate and the Technician let the site know before leaving to close it. Technician updated Daniel before departure.

Technician got all five of those Cameras to come back up and showed them online. Technician checked out the two Elevator Cameras and it seemed like they were conflicting with each other.
