Technician installed 1 relay and troubleshooted the strobe/siren the unit was not connected. After the troubleshooting he called support and tested all sounders and they all worked perfectly now.

Technician stated all relays were already in place. He called support to test out sounders. Output 1 and 3 sounders worked but output 2 did not. Observed that the strobe/siren wasn't mounted and didn't see any cable to connect it and the base. The device was just kept by the side we will need to return to troubleshoot/repair this issue.
