Troubleshoot CDVI.

We installed QT PPD hardware and cabling according to drawings provided by a Petrol company.

Technician arrived onsite and searched the network for an open IP address. Technician used a configuration tool to find the NVR and changed the IP. Technician added Cameras to their new computer and pinned it to the Desktop. Everything was working properly upon completion.

Technician arrived at store 807 UPS is online. INT 2,5,6,10 cleaned and confirmed. EXT 7 will need replaced due to camera blackout. INT 5 has minor resolution issue.

Technician arrived onsite and he checked all relays and sounders. Called support and had them run a test and everything was working properly.

Client called in stating they have lost Atrium on their computer to login to their CDVI to create badges and they do not know their IP. Technician checked all led's and switch configuration. Could find panel B but could never find panel A. A is the master controller. The technician called CDVI to see, if possible, for a default and they said the board would need to be replaced. With the age of the boards, they also stated they would likely not last much longer themselves, but repair options are up to is. Would try to maybe get them to a different system. The technician told the client that the sales team will reach out with a quote so they can decide what direction they would like to go.
