Service Ticket #3075 performed on 7/19/24 Technician arrived onsite and spoke with Bill. Some Doors were sounding off and not locking on both sides. Technician verified that the Power Supply was still good and it was putting out 12V. Bill then told the Technician that the Fire Alarm had went off, which the Technician then noticed that the Fire Panel had most likely released some of the Emergency Exit Doors. Bill had called his Fire Alarm Company to look at the issue and told the Technician that it was ok to leave.
Technician enabled zone three called the service center to test and confirmed that everything is working properly. No parts were needed at this store.
Technician installed one relay then called the service center to rest after testing and confirmed everything is working properly.
Technician installed two relays then called service center to rest after testing. The employee back door to the back needs to repaired by QT service. Everything is operating properly but door readjusting to close properly.
Technician installed 1 relay and called the service center for test. Confirmed that everything was working properly as it should.
Technician was requested to come to site due to handicap push to enter was not working. When I arrived, I adjusted position of wireless transmitter and receiver antenna. Tested and the handicap push button to the door is working properly again.
When the technician arrived onsite, he found 5 doors not releasing on fire alarm. After troubleshooting the system and hooking up one power supply to the existing fire alarm relay. He found that the fire alarm relay not to be working. Technician told the site, and the site will contact the fire alarm company to replace or fix the relay. The technician also looked at a maglock that was giving issues while there. To find that the maglock is broken and needs to be replaced. Our sales team will put in the order for a new maglock.
We replaced the 3amp fuse on power supply and tested to make sure maglock functioned properly.
