After troubleshooting the Technician found that water was getting into the Fire Alarm Booster Panel and the Ceiling Mount Strobe was full of water. This was what was causing the trouble to come in and out. The site was going to check and see if they could find where the water was coming from but for now the the Technician put silicon in the conduits that come down into the Booster Panel. Technician also fixed 7 blurry cameras and the site had 2 cameras that were dead that will need to be replaced at 5211 building. (tank farm view 5, flammable cylinder holding area). Site called requesting a technician to come out due to ground fault error has returned. Technician called resideo Honeywell tech support and was told that .6v is ok between terminal 12 and 30 because it was within .5v of 1v. If it still keeps getting ground faults to unwire everything but the power and a keypad and check again. If they keep coming to remove the panel from the can and check again. At that point if the panel has not stop giving ground faults to replace the panel. The technician looked at all the zones and the polling loop to verify correct voltage and we’re all reading .6v. Before leaving there was no fault on keypad, and everything was normal.
