Service Ticket #3033 performed on 7/8/24 Technician arrived onsite and tested the power to the Card Reader. Card Reader was receiving 12V but reader was not powering up. Reader will need to be replaced with will contact Josh Fletcher on how to proceed.

Site was having issues with 3 cameras not working that are located on a pole outside. The tech found 3 shorts in cable 19, and 24 for camera 2 and 3 IP Cameras. He was able to fix the shorts and the cameras were not able to come back online. The Technician verified that he was getting IP address with laptop and was unable to reboot the cameras. Site requested for a quote to replace the 3 cameras.
