Service Ticket #4022 performed on 10/25/24 Arrived onsite and troubleshoot the Wander Guard bracelets for the site. The Receiver needs to be moved and the time on the bracelets was adjusted.
Service Ticket #4045 performed on 10/21/24 Arrived onsite to troubleshoot Modular Lock not working and found that the Lock was working properly. The site stated it started working shortly after it was called in. Technician metered the Panel and everything was reading normal. Technician recommended if it happened again to replace the Panel Battery.
Service Ticket #4039 performed on 10/21/24 Arrived onsite to troubleshoot the doors setting off the alarm. Technician walked around and looked at the doors with site contact. The doors and equipment are all very worn out, (either the door itself, the lock, or both) and on a system Knine cannot really work on. The system does not function the way the site would like it to and ultimately they have to contact at JCI for programming changes etc. The site was not interested in replacing anything, as the Technician recommended.
Service Ticket #4044 performed on 10/21/24 Arrived onsite and changed the code as requested. Technician showed the site contact how to change the code for the future and tested the Door. Everything was working properly upon completion.

Performed and completed site's Annual Fire Alarm Inspection.
Service Ticket #4026 performed on 10/2/24 Technician reset all the door maglocks with the key. All 7 doors were locking properly upon completion.
Service Ticket #4012 performed on 9/13/24 Technician arrived onsite and spoke with Jen. Technician re-terminated the Bri East Camera and had to add it back on the NVR. Technician re-aimed the M East Camera back up. Technician added the 1 West and 1 East view back up. Technician remounted a Card Reader cover for the Main Gate. Technician also re-added M South. Technician spoke with Jen and verify everything was working upon completion.
Service Ticket #4002 performed on 9/3/24 Technician arrived onsite and troubleshooted the cameras. Technician remounted the hanging bracket on the side of the building. Technician also brought one of the site's cameras back to Knine to make sure the camera was not damaged and needing to be replaced.
