Service Ticket #4016 performed on 9/20/24 Technician arrived onsite to troubleshoot the Front Door Keypad. There was no power getting to the reader. Technician broke apart all the taps and wiring for the Door, to go through each device until finding where it stopped passing through. The under desk button inside their office was broken and not allowing the circuit to stay complete. Technician removed the button from the equation and everything worked after that. Button needs to be replaced.
