Service Ticket #4047 performed on 10/25/24 Arrived onsite at the Restaurant Depot and spoke with James. Procam, Inc. gave a list of all the troubles. Technician was able to resolve all the troubles except one Motion, which needed to be replaced. Procam, Inc. said they will order one to the site and let Knine know when it arrived.

Technician installed one relay on board. Tested out the outputs with support. All outputs went off except output three which was the emergency exit door. Technician troubleshooted the unit and noticed the connection was done wrongly. Corrected it and plugged back the strobe/sounder. It constantly went off. Called support to then go ahead to turn it off as it was left on while the initial test was carried out. Tested it out all over again and everything checked out.
