Service Ticket #3112 performed on 8/6/24 Technician arrived onsite and installed a new Data cable from IDF 4 to Ammonia System. Tested and was working properly upon completion. Site provided materials.

Knine install four (4) Verkada four (4) door ACS control panels with battery backup; two (2) to be located on the 13th floor IDF, two (2) located on the 15th floor IDF. Knine removed existing ACS panels and power supplies and disposed as directed by Customer. Knine reconnect and programmed five (5) existing ACS doors on the 13th floor, and reconnect & program six (6) existing ACS doors on the 15th floor. Knine repurpose all other existing ACS hardware for all existing ACS doors. Knine install two (2) PoE+ switches, one (1) on the 13th floor IDF, one on the 15th floor IDF, and connect to Customer provided 120VAC electric. Knine installed four (4) Verkada cameras, two (2) on the 13th floor, two (2) on the 15th floor4, used sites layout drawing provided with this recommendation. We replaced the right truck lane lower intercom and trailer lot intercom. Program new intercoms to 3 masters with the office area. Setup unlock function.

We installed new software for 1 virtual server with 16 licenses.

We removed and disposed damaged truck /car pedestal. installed new 84" and 44" dual height truck/car steel pedestal. Mounted 2 intercoms and 2 readers for full operation.

We upgraded their existing access control system to S2 platform.
